Hotel cosmetics: what to put in the room and how to choose
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and soap — in individual bottles or refillable dispensers. Concept Hotels distributes ADA Cosmetics in Romania and the Republic of Moldova since 2004, with local stock and over 40 amenity lines, from heritage perfume houses to certified collections. Most hotels don’t switch fully overnight. What works is by room category: dispensers at standard, larger reusable formats at suites. Not every room has to switch at the same time.
What goes into a complete room range
Shampoo — 30 ml, 40 ml, or dispenser refill
Conditioner — same formats
Shower gel / hair and body wash — the most requested format at 3–4 stars
Body lotion — 30 ml or tube
Bar soap — 20 g, 25 g, 40 g
Liquid hand soap — at the basin, almost always in a dispenser
Accessories — dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap, cotton pads, sewing kit

Compliance: what changes in 2030
Regulation (EU) 2025/40 applies from 12 August 2026. From 1 January 2030, single-use packaging for cosmetics and toiletries may no longer be offered in accommodation establishments — including individually wrapped bar soaps. The text sets no volume threshold: the criterion is not package size, but single-stay use.

The amenities are made by ADA Cosmetics in Germany. Concept Hotels is the ADA Cosmetics distributor in Romania: quotes, contracts, delivery and technical support for dispensers.

How much does it cost? Why are there no prices on the website?
We sell only to businesses, and prices depend on quantities and the contract. You receive them in a tailored quote within 2 working days; account holders see them in the online shop.

Yes. We deliver nationwide, generally from stock, under a supply contract.
Is there a minimum quantity? Do you sell wholesale?
Products are sold by the full case, not by the unit. For annual volumes we agree scheduled deliveries from stock in the contract.
