K Winebar 35: the dual-zone wine cabinet built for hotels
K Winebar 35 keeps white and red at different temperatures in one built-in cabinet, with a single cooling system. How the dual-zone design works.
White and red wine are neither served nor stored at the same temperature, and a single-zone minibar forces a hotel to compromise on one of them. K Winebar 35 solves this with an internal divider that keeps a roughly 4-6°C difference between the cabinet's upper and lower zones — one cooling system, two independent temperature sensors, with the upper zone's temperature adjustable and both zones individually monitored.
The capacity reframes the product as a bar cabinet rather than a minibar: up to 35 bottles, on sliding, removable shelves flexible enough for larger bottles, with the first shelf swappable for a dedicated drinks accessory. Installation is built-in, with a 680×560×555 mm cabinet, a 714×587 mm door, and a declared consumption of 0.393 kWh/24h at 230V — a visible, guest-facing feature as much as a technical one.
