Transparency: where each product comes from, and who can verify it

Concept Hotels does not manufacture cosmetics. We have distributed them since 2004, from manufacturers we can name, with certifications verifiable in public registries. This page shows the full chain — from factory to hotel room — and the document behind each claim.

Who makes what we sell

Supplier What they make Working together since Production sites
ADA Cosmetics International GmbH Hotel cosmetics, dispensers, slippers, room stationery 2004 Germany · Czech Republic · Malaysia
Indel B Minibars, in-room safes 2004 Italy
Aliseo Bathroom accessories, hair dryers, irons, finishes 2006 Germany

The three ADA sites (DE · CZ · MY) are the ones listed in public certificate no. 12316, so they are verifiable, not just stated by us.

The chain, on a real example

Public Cradle to Cradle registry →
Document

The public list of certified products — 711 formulas. Verifiable in the c2ccertified.org registry, not with us.

Product

The Hydro Touch liquid formula, in the SmartCare 300 ml system.

Impact

Patented membrane: up to 75% material savings, 50% liquid savings. With Refillution: up to 95% less plastic, ≈4.5 kg per room per year (ADA Sustainability Report 2025).

In the hotel

Wall-mounted in the bathroom, refilled periodically, with a batch number per container.

What we cannot support with documents

Not every claim circulating about hotel cosmetics can be proven, and some have circulated in our own materials too. ADA’s Cradle to Cradle certificate covers liquid formulas exclusively — no bar soap is in the certified list, paper-wrapped or otherwise. Six of the lines we distribute are not in that certificate, and the mention does not appear on their pages.

Where a certification belongs to the manufacturer and not the product — ISO, IFS, SEDEX — we say so. Where we don’t have the document, we state nothing.

What we can send for your file

Certificates of conformity, on request from the manufacturer

Technical data sheets and safety data sheets

ADA brand cards, 2026 edition

Dispensing system documentation and refill instructions

Documents for your hotel’s Green Key file — Green Key certifies the hotel, not the product

Environmental figures, correctly attributed

Refillution: up to 95% less plastic; averaging 4.5 kg of plastic waste saved per room per year.

17% of the ADA portfolio was refillable in 2024, up from 13% in 2023 (2024 report; the 2025 report gives no new figure).

€1.26 million invested in R&D in 2025.

Source: ADA Cosmetics Sustainability Report 2025, pp. 52–53; the refillable-portfolio figure, from the 2024 report.

The 4.5 kg belongs to Refillution (the 10 l SmartCube station), not to refilling in general. The 1, 3 and 5 l refills are poured by hand and are not part of that calculation.

Compliance, briefly

Regulation (EU) 2025/40 changes what can be offered in-room from 2030. Directive (EU) 2024/825 bans generic environmental claims from 27 September 2026 — which is why this page is written with attributions, not out of excess caution.
