Hotel fit-out on a project basis — FF&E and OS&E
For 25 years we’ve been fitting out hotels and guesthouses in Romania and the Republic of Moldova — not just supplying them. On a project basis we deliver FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) — furniture, room textiles, lighting, sanitary fixtures, finishes — and OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) — cleaning, reception and restaurant equipment, housekeeping. We choose the right supplier for each project, not the other way round.
What we cover on a project basis — FF&E and OS&E
Furniture and pedestal tables
Pedestal tables for restaurants and terraces, conference and reception tables, hall and conference chairs, room furniture. Project-based, with the finish suited to the space.

Professional scenting
Scenting systems for lobby, reception and rooms: dispensers, refills, professional fragrances for HoReCa spaces.
Cleaning and consumables
Cleaning equipment and products for hotels, paper consumables, toilet-paper and towel dispensers, professional detergents.
Hotel cleaning products and housekeeping consumables, chosen by surface type, cleaning frequency and the property’s hygiene requirements.
Housekeeping trolleys
Housekeeping and luggage trolleys, equipment for room and floor service.
Each housekeeping trolley is configured to the number of rooms per floor, the space in the floor pantry and the hotel’s housekeeping workflow.

Room textiles
Bed linen, pillows, duvets, bedspreads, curtains and drapes. Bathroom textiles — robes, towels, mats — are in the catalogue, under ADA Terry Toweling.
Surfaces and interiors
Room wallpaper, carpet, finishes.
Sanitary fixtures
Shower cabins, tubs, basins, toilets, shower curtain rails. We work with Kaldewei and Bette, project-based, not from the catalogue.
Lighting
Room fixtures, LED lighting, table lamps for rooms and restaurants.
Reception and restaurant
Signage, folders and bill presenters, reception items, waiter aprons and textiles, coffee equipment and professional coffee machines.
Serving trolleys (gueridons) for room service and restaurants
A well-chosen gueridon makes in-room and table service simpler and more elegant. We propose serving trolleys matched to your hotel’s style and workflow, for room service, restaurants or breakfast.
Why they’re not in the catalogue
A hotel project isn’t bought off a product grid. It starts from the room, the classification category and the budget, and the supplier is chosen afterwards. That’s why our catalogue holds what gets ordered repeatedly — cosmetics, dispensers, minibars, bathroom accessories — while the rest is done project by project.

FF&E — Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment — are the pieces that stay in the hotel: guest-room and restaurant furniture, textiles, lighting, sanitaryware, finishes. OS&E — Operating Supplies & Equipment — are what the hotel runs on every day: cleaning equipment, housekeeping trolleys, reception and restaurant supplies, consumables. On a project we cover both, plus the amenities, dispensers, minibars and bathroom accessories in our catalogue.
