Who you are and where to buy
Yes. Concept Hotels has distributed ADA Cosmetics in Romania and the Republic of Moldova since 2004, with local stock in Bucharest. We deliver nationwide and to the Republic of Moldova.
Orders and delivery
The amenities are made by ADA Cosmetics in Germany. Concept Hotels is the ADA Cosmetics distributor in Romania: quotes, contracts, delivery and technical support for dispensers.

Samples
We send a set for the mock-up room to accommodation properties, based on the category and number of rooms. The request is made through the form on the Samples page.

Dispensers and refilling
Yes, all ADA systems are refillable, with 1, 3, 5 or 10 litre refills.
The container stays sealed during transfer, each container gets an individual batch number, and the pump is peristaltic — the liquid only touches food-contact-grade tubing. In membrane dispensers, a safe-lock seal shows whether the system has been opened; the principle was tested by the independent Rhine-Waal institute.
Compliance and certifications
From 1 January 2030, single-use packaging for cosmetics and toiletries may no longer be offered in accommodation establishments (EU Regulation 2025/40, Article 25 and Annex V point 5). The ban includes individually wrapped bar soaps, and sets no volume threshold.
