Ze Pé
Ze Pé has produced serving trolleys for high-end hotels and restaurants in South Tyrol since 1992: solid wood, interchangeable tops (bar, dessert, cheese, flambé) and finishes of your choice.

Metalcarrelli

What is a gueridon?
The wheeled side table used to serve at the guest’s table or in the room — from breakfast in the room to flambéing at the table or presenting wines and desserts.
Wood or stainless steel?
Solid wood for dining rooms and à la carte restaurants; stainless steel for intensive room service and buffets, as it is easy to sanitise.
What should be checked before ordering?
The width of doors and lifts, the type of flooring (for the wheels) and what will be served from the gueridon (drinks, dessert, flambé).
Can they be customised?
The wood finish, the colour and the accessories (cutlery drawers, wine cooler, cloche) are chosen per project.
